Hiring a cleaning or maintenance service
Reliability matters more than price with cleaners: the same team, on time, every time. Check insurance and who supplies products and equipment.
What to check
- Insurance covering damage and staff injury
- Staff are vetted and the same team comes each visit
- A checklist of what each visit covers
- Products and equipment are included, or not
Questions to ask
- What happens if a visit is missed or not up to standard?
- Is there a minimum contract?
- Can I agree a trial clean first?
