What to check
- Guaranteed response and fix times
- What is covered by the monthly fee and what is billed extra
- How backups are done and tested
- Security practices and who has access to your systems
Questions to ask
- How do I report a problem, and who answers?
- What happens to my data and passwords if we part ways?
- Can you give a reference from a client our size?
