How to add it
- Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → Signature → Create new → paste → Save changes at the bottom.
- Outlook (web and new Outlook): Settings → Account → Signatures → paste → Save. Set it as default for new messages and replies.
- Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures → +, untick “Always match my default message font”, then paste.
- A logo must be online (a link to an image on your website). Images pasted from your computer often turn into attachments.

- How do I add the signature to Gmail?
- Click Copy signature. In Gmail open Settings, See all settings, Signature, Create new, paste it in, and click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
- Why does my logo not show?
- The logo has to be online: use a link to an image on your website. Many mail apps turn an image pasted from your computer into an attachment or block it.
- Will it look the same in Outlook?
- Yes. The signature is built with tables and inline styles, the format Outlook and Gmail keep. Some apps hide images until the reader allows them.
- Is anything stored?
- No. The signature is made in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us.
