Privacy policy

What we collect on dueclix.com, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who we are

DUECLIX (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("DueClix", "we") runs dueclix.com from Karachi, Pakistan. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect, and why

  • Contact and enquiry forms: the name, email, phone, company and message you type, so we can reply. We also keep the time, your IP address and browser type to block spam.
  • Live chat and WhatsApp: the name, email and messages you send, so we can answer and keep the conversation together.
  • Client portal and business directory: your account details (name, email, a hashed password) and anything you add to a listing, a review, an order or an invoice.
  • "Email me this result" on free tools: your email and a short summary of the result, so we can send it. We only send updates if you tick the box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • AI tools: the text you type is sent to the AI provider (Google Gemini, or DeepSeek for paid requests) to produce the answer. We keep a usage count per account, not the text of your prompts.
  • Visit statistics: Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, the site you came from and your device type, using cookies. Our own counter keeps daily totals only; it uses your IP address for rate limiting and never stores it.

Who else processes it

  • WebSouls (Pakistan) hosts the site, the database and our email.
  • Cloudflare protects and speeds up the site and sees every request, including your IP address.
  • Google receives Analytics data and, for the AI tools, your prompts. DeepSeek receives prompts for paid AI requests.
  • Payment providers (for example Payoneer) receive your payment details on their own pages. We never see or store card numbers.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and chats: up to 2 years after the last message, unless you become a client.
  • Client and portal records, orders and invoices: as long as the account is open, and invoices as long as tax law requires.
  • Tool result emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Analytics: Google keeps it for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it for updates. Email [email protected] from the address you used, and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or a US state with a privacy law), you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, but we will not count your visit in Google Analytics.

Security

Every page is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes, admin access is behind a separate login, and only the people who need the data to do their job can see it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.

Children

dueclix.com is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
