Cities (the first one is yours)
Green is 9 am – 5 pm, amber is early morning or evening. Daylight saving is handled for the date you pick, using your browser’s own time zone data. Nothing is sent anywhere.
The best slot is the one nobody has to wake up for.
Between Pakistan or India and the UK, early afternoon your time is mid-morning theirs. With the US East Coast, early evening your time is morning theirs. When there is no good overlap, rotate who takes the awkward slot.
- What is the best time for a meeting between Pakistan and the UK?
- Between about 1 pm and 5 pm Pakistan time, which is morning to early afternoon in London. The exact gap is 4 hours in UK summer time and 5 hours in winter.
- What about Pakistan or India and the US?
- With New York, late afternoon to early evening in Pakistan or India is morning in New York. With California the overlap is very small: one side has to meet early morning or late evening.
- Does it handle daylight saving?
- Yes. It uses your browser's built-in time zone database, so clock changes in the UK, Europe, the US and Australia are applied for the exact date you pick.
- Why is a time shown as +1 day or −1 day?
- Because in that city it is already the next day, or still the previous one, at that moment. Check the day before you send the invite.
- Sending the invite by email?
- Make your sign-off look professional with the email signature generator, with your time zone in it.
