About
Choosing a food or hospitality business
For caterers and suppliers, food safety and reliability come first. For restaurants and venues, check recent reviews over old ones.
What to check
- Food hygiene rating or certification where you live
- Can cater for allergies and dietary needs
- Minimum orders and delivery areas
- Recent reviews, not just the highest ones
Questions to ask
- How do you handle allergens?
- What is the deadline to change or cancel an order?
- Is service or delivery included in the price?
