What Sg Btp Paris does
SG BTP is a renovation company for apartments and houses in Paris and the Val-d'Oise (95). It organises and follows renovation projects from the first visit to final handover, with one contact person for the whole job, and coordinates the trades needed at each stage. It works in the 7th, 8th, 15th, 16th and 17th arrondissements of Paris and in the Val-d'Oise around its agency in Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt. The company offers free visits and quotes, and clients can describe their property and planned works to request one.

About
Hiring a construction company
Construction overruns usually start with an unclear contract. Insist on a written scope, a payment schedule tied to stages and proof of insurance.
What to check
- Licences and insurance for the size of job
- Completed projects you can visit or call about
- A written contract with stages and payments
- Who obtains permits and inspections
Questions to ask
- What could cause delays or extra cost?
- Who is on site daily and who do I contact?
- What warranty do you give on the work?
