About
Our goal is to create and nurture personal connections with our family
Choosing a clinic or healthcare provider
Most people pick a provider by distance, then regret it when appointments are weeks out or a specialist is not on staff. A few minutes of checking first saves a wasted visit.
What to check
- The practitioner is registered with the medical or health board where you live
- They treat your specific condition, not just the general area
- Opening hours and how quickly new patients are seen
- Whether your insurance or health plan is accepted
Questions to ask
- Who will I actually see, and what are their qualifications?
- What does a first appointment cost if I pay myself?
- How do I get results or follow-up questions answered?
