Leadership and Strategy Made Easy
Hiring a PR agency
PR results are hard to measure, so agree up front what coverage or outcomes you expect and how they will be reported.
What to check
- Recent coverage they secured for clients
- Who will handle your account
- Clear monthly scope and reporting
- Contract length and notice
Questions to ask
- What results can I realistically expect?
- How will you report each month?
- What happens if coverage is negative?
